We only host one event at a time therefore we have minimums:
Monday-Thursday 3 hour minimum
Fridays & Sundays $600 minimum
Saturdays $1,200 minimum
Below are options to meet Saturday minimum if you don't need entire venue.

Pricing Details:
‘Day’ price is from 9am-Midnight.
Add 20% for holidays
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The balance is due 60 days prior to event.
A 'Refundable' Security Deposit is due 10 days prior to event. It is 30% of the total for Sunday-Friday and 50% of total on Saturdays. You will get this back if you clean up, leave no damages, have insurance policy if alcohol is on site and leave at agreed upon time.
Alcohol and Food:
A ‘Special Event’ Insurance policy is required for alcohol to be on property
and is due 10 days prior to event.

Outside food is allowed.
Complimentary service: We set up the tables, chairs, backdrop panels, etc. for all in-door events. You show us how you want the rooms laid out and it's done when you come in that day. Plus, no breakdown required; just clean up and leave all furniture in place.
