Minimums: 

Monday-Thursday 3 hour minimum 

Fridays & Sundays $500 minimum 

Saturdays $1,200 minimum 

Pricing Details: 

‘Day’ price is from 9am-Midnight.  

A 50% deposit is required to book your date. The balance is due 60 days prior to event. A 'Refundable' Security Deposit of 30% is due 10 days prior to event.

A ‘Special Event’ Insurance policy is required for alcohol to be on property. 

Outside food is allowed.  

Add 20% for holidays

Complimentary service: We set up the tables, chairs, backdrop panels, etc. for all in-door events. You show us how you want the rooms laid out and it's done when you come in that day. Plus, no breakdown required; just clean up and leave all furniture in place. 

Included: 5ft Round tables, 6ft Rectangle tables, Accent Tables, Pub Tables, White Plastic Tablecloths, Backdrop Panels, Podium/Lectern, Chairs- white folding for courtyard and black cushioned for indoors, Microphone, TV/Monitor, Bluetooth Speaker and Dedicated High Speed WIFI Network.
